- Upon the joint application of the companies involved in merger/division, the director of the trade register office attached to the law court and/or the appointed person(s) designate(s) one or more experts that take action for all the involved companies, but independent from them. The examination of the draft terms of merger and drawing up the report written to the shareholders shall not be necessary if all the shareholders/partners or all the holders of other securities which confer the right of vote from each company involved in merger decide in this respect.
